This first recliner specifically designed to improve the comfort and mobility of residents in extended care facilities.
A position lock allows only the caregiver to secure the chair in any one of the three easily attained positions. The molded activity table can be fixed in position or left unsecured for easy exit from the recliner.

The Lumex 574G 3-Position Geriatric Recliner adjusts and locks easily into any one of three positions: sitting, TV or full recline. Individual comfort is maximized by an articulating headrest and ergonomically designed seat and back with varied density foam. The risk of bottoming out is reduced by a Flex-o-Later seat support system. A durable welded steel epoxy coated frame is easy to clean and maintain, and the molded activity table can be fixed in position or left unsecured for easy exit from the recliner. This recliner features two, four inch swivel casters with wheel locks as well as four inch fixed front wheels for safer, easier transport.
